General Info and Policies
Sessions
Readings listed are intended for one person and or one pet. For sessions with two or more people, there is an additional fee of $50 per person. Additional pets are an extra $50 per pet.
Sessions are remote via Zoom or Phone. Zoom sessions are audio recorded and emailed afterwards.
I will call or Zoom at the time of your appointment. Your appointment start time will be honored for 15 minutes after it begins. After that, it will be considered a no show. You are more than welcome to record sessions on your phone or take notes.
Contacting people who have crossed over
For clients wishing to reconnect with a loved one in spirit, please allow 4-8 weeks after they have transitioned to contact me. In general, this time frame allows family members to begin processing both grief and loss and also gives newly crossed over souls time to adjust to the spirit realms.
Refund Policy
Consultations are non-refundable, only rescheduled. If there is no connection with spirit within the first 10 minutes, the reading may be stopped if agreed upon by myself and sitter. In these cases, a refund can be issued, or payment applied to future reading.
Cancellation/No-Show/Rescheduling
If for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please contact Keri directly.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will be charged the full session fee.
